These terms cover two separate things, both sold inside Skool rather than on this site: the Level Up Lounge classroom and course, and the Inner Circle membership. Buying either means you agree to them.
The classroom is a $47 a month membership, and unlocks the full course plus the right to earn 30% recurring commission sharing it. It does not include or require the Inner Circle.
The Inner Circle is a separate $49 a month membership: weekly lives, hot seats, and direct help on your projects. It is a different Skool group from the classroom, bought and cancelled independently.
Both are digital. Nothing is shipped. Access is granted by Skool immediately on purchase.
Both the classroom and the Inner Circle renew automatically each month until you cancel — $47 a month for the classroom, $49 a month for the Inner Circle. Cancelling either is done inside Skool, from your own membership settings.
Prices can change for new customers. If we change the price of a membership you already hold, we’ll tell you before it takes effect and you can cancel.
Access to the classroom and the Inner Circle each run only while that membership is active, and end when you cancel or a payment fails. They are independent of each other: cancelling one has no effect on the other.
The program is meant to run for a long time, but this isn’t a promise to host it forever. If we ever retire it, we’ll give notice first.
Your access is for you. Sharing a login, re-uploading the videos, or reselling the material outside the affiliate program ends the account without a refund.

Both groups exist to be useful. Harassment, spam, pitching unrelated offers, and posting other people’s private information all end membership without a refund. We’d rather have a smaller room that people want to be in.
Buying the course lets you earn commission by referring others. That has its own rules, which are part of these terms: see the Affiliate Terms.
Skool processes payment for both the course and the Inner Circle, so refunds, disputes, and billing questions are handled under Skool’s own terms and policies as well as ours. All sales are final on our side, because access is digital and immediate. If your circumstances are genuinely unusual, write to us and we’ll review it. Full detail in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
We provide the course and community as they are and do our best to keep them good. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
We may update these terms. Material changes get announced in the community and by email, and the date at the top always reflects the current version.
